What would be possible to add to the course material (in my opinon of course) that is the information concerning to the Non-EU Ship Operators’/Owners’ in the matter of surrendering of allowances (EUA’s). Thanks a lot for Your time and efford for the sharing a valuable information with the people involved in merchant shipping industry. This subject is very important!!!
