Decay Stage

During this stage of a TRS, the warm central core of the system is disrupted due to an increase in central pressure and weakening of surface winds.

This causes the system to lose its strength and intensity, and if it enters an unfavorable environment, the decay can occur very quickly. However, even in this stage, the TRS can still produce heavy or moderate rainfall.
