What is Interaction?

Interaction between ships refers to the effects of one vessel’s movement on the movement and behavior of another vessel. When two ships come into close proximity, their movements can be affected by factors such as wind, currents, and the shape of the vessels themselves.

This interaction can lead to potentially dangerous situations, especially in crowded waterways or in adverse weather conditions.
