This Agreement outlines the terms under which users purchase, access, and use digital content (eBooks, videos, and related materials) available on Marine Insight. By purchasing or downloading any content from our platform, you agree to the terms stated below.
  • Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or accessing any content from Marine Insight, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
  • If you do not agree with these terms, please do not download or use the content.
  • Nature of Products
  • All products are digital eBooks and learning materials
  • These are non-printable digital guides, not physical books
  • No refunds will be issued for misunderstandings regarding physical copies
  • Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy.
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–4 working days
  • The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
No refund shall be granted for wrong purchase of ebooks.
  • Download & Access Terms
  • You can request access/download link renewal for up to 365 days (1 year) from the purchase date
  • After 1 year, access expires and the product must be purchased again
  • Users are advised to download and securely store files after purchase
  • Updates & New Versions
  • Any updated or newly released version of an eBook is treated as a new product
  • Previously purchased versions do not include free upgrades
  • License & Usage Rights
When you purchase content, you are granted:
  • A non-exclusive
  • non-transferable
  • lifetime personal-use license
You are allowed to:
  • Use content on your personal devices only
  • Transfer files between your own devices (mobile, tablet, laptop, desktop)
  • Keep one backup copy
  • Restrictions (What You Cannot Do)
You may NOT:
  • Share, distribute, or resell the content
  • Use content for training, coaching, or commercial purposes
  • Upload content to websites, apps, or public platforms
Use content in:
1. Courses or academies
2. Templates or digital products
3. Marketing or promotional materials
  • Modify and redistribute content
  • Remove copyright or ownership information
  • Share access with multiple users
Any unauthorized use may result in license termination and legal action.
  • Multi-User / Institutional Use
  • Each user must purchase their own license
  • Content cannot be shared across teams, offices, or institutions
  • For bulk or institutional access, you must contact Marine Insight
  • Termination of License
Your license will be terminated if:
  • You violate any terms of this agreement
  • Content is misused or distributed
Upon termination, you must:
  • Stop using the content immediately
  • Delete all copies from your devices
  • Confirm deletion if requested
  • Content Disclaimer
  • All content is provided “as is”
Marine Insight does not guarantee:
1. Absolute accuracy
2. Completeness
3. Error-free content
Use of content is at your own risk.
  • Partnership Content
Content created under the Marine Insight Partnership Program:
  • Is not classified as official Marine Insight publications
  • Is not eligible for the “Never Pay Again” program
  • Changes to Agreement
Marine Insight reserves the right to:
  • Modify or revoke access
  • Replace content if required
  • Update terms at any time

For any queries related to refunds or usage:

By purchasing or downloading content, you confirm that:
  • You have read and understood this Agreement
  • You agree to comply with all terms stated above
